Inner Peace is the foundational building block for becoming a Hyper-Learner. Inner Peace is an internal quietness or stillness that enables you to be fully present in the moment with an open and non-judgmental mind and a lack of self-absorption. Inner Peace comes about by having a Quiet Ego, a Quiet Mind, a Quiet (calm) Body and being in a Positive Emotional State. Inner Peace is achieved by engaging daily in practices – designed to help you achieve those desired states of being. Practices such as: Your Daily Intentions; Mindfulness Meditation; Gratitude Meditation; Deep Breathing Exercises. And actively managing your mind, body, and emotions; embracing the psychological (not the dictionary) definition of humility; and excelling at Hyper-Learning Behaviors.
